Rescheduling an appointment: cancel first, then book again
An existing appointment is not automatically moved to another time. Cancelling correctly first releases the slot and keeps the process clear for you.
Open your confirmation email
Use the cancellation link for the existing appointment. Check the cancellation in the email you receive afterwards.
Book again through the website
Then choose barber, treatment, date and a new available time. Availability is live from the calendar at that moment.
Check both moments
Read date, time and treatment carefully in the new confirmation. This prevents assuming the old time is still active.
